Inclusive Education CBP Training Session Meridian School Uppal organized an insightful Capacity Building Programme on Inclusive Education, led by distinguished and experienced resource personnel, with the objective of sensitizing and equipping teachers to build classrooms where every child feels accepted, valued, and supported. The session highlighted the growing need for schools to move beyond traditional teaching methods and adopt practices that address the diverse learning needs of students. Teachers were given a deeper understanding of inclusion as not merely accommodating children with different abilities, but creating a culture of empathy, equal opportunity, patience, and respect for individual differences. The resource persons shared effective classroom strategies, differentiated teaching methods, and practical approaches to ensure that no learner feels left behind. Discussions focused on identifying varied learner needs, adapting instruction, encouraging participation, and fostering emotional safety within the classroom. The programme also reinforced an important message — a truly successful teacher is one who can reach every child, irrespective of their pace, background, or challenges. In today’s educational landscape, regular professional training in areas like inclusive education is crucial because it broadens teacher perspective, strengthens classroom management, and helps create a more compassionate schooling system. Meridian School Uppal continues to invest in meaningful teacher training programmes that enhance both educational quality and human sensitivity, thereby ensuring that every classroom becomes a space of belonging and growth.
