There is an amalgamation of the exchange of knowledge over three parties - teachers, students, and the management (higher staff). With immense determination, hard work, and perseverance all three parties wish to strive towards the common goal of mutual and self-development which also facilitates the development of the School.
In conclusion, I would like to state that being a part of Meridian has been a boon and very fulfilling for my teaching journey.

A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning. My passion in teaching is where I'm in. As a teacher I have the ability to reach out and be a mentor and role model for kids who need it. Another important reason to become a teacher is that these are changing times. My love of learning is the single biggest reason to become a teacher. Becoming a teacher is privilege. It is an opportunity to strengthen the critical thinking skills and spark curiosity in children.

“Teachers can change lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges.”

Being associated with Science for 4 years, I bring science lessons to life with real world applications and understands student sensitivities and differences.

Ms. Mani
I Ms. Mani strongly believe, A good teacher is like a good entertainer first must hold their audience's attention, then can teach their lesson. A teacher is a great source of knowledge, prosperity, and enlightenment by which anybody can be benefited. Teaching is the specialized application of knowledge, skills and attributes designed to provide unique service to meet the educational needs of the individual and of society. I chose to teach because being with children is like being endowed with perpetual youth. The love, laughter, mischief, creativity, and imagination of children are like an eternal fountain of joy and vitality. people tend to remember their teachers for an entire lifetime, long after school is over. Others are inspired by a teacher earlier in their education who had a positive impact on them. A teacher may be seen as a leader, a mentor, or even a surrogate parental figure.

Ms. Sandhya
I Ms. Sandhya strongly believe While learning engagements in my classroom are fun-filled, they also impart knowledge, important concepts, and skills like cooperation, responsibility, etc. Compassion and sensitivity to the students give them the confidence to speak out their thoughts which I feel strongly is directly related to their cognitive, social, and emotional development, thus, ensuring overall development.

Ms. Rohini
I Ms. Rohini really enjoy the creativity, diversity, and endless possibilities of the Early year classroom. I firmly believe that creating a nurturing environment and building trusting relationships between a child and their teacher is the key to unlocking confidence for learning and academic success. This forms the foundation of our classroom ethos and practice within the extensive school.
